Ashfield Healthcare are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Althea to recruit a Business Support Manager to work in their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a UK start-up company. The successful candidate will provide an efficient support service to both customers and the wider field based team.  This varied and exciting opportunity involves communication beyond the UK function and the job holder will need to be driven and confident using their own initiative to help with the day to day running of the UK business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to incoming calls, emails and facsimile from customers
• Communicating effectively with the wider field based sales force where required
• Passing information to the appropriate team member regarding customer enquiries and diary management 
• Acting as a source of information regarding market intelligence gained through customer feedback, proactively raising opportunities and risks with internal stakeholders
• Ensuring that any information in relation to a potential adverse event is reported via the correct channels
• Attending meetings as and when required.
• Keeping accurate records of all correspondence with customers
• When required to do so, contacting existing and/or potential customers and/or stakeholders to share communications
• Handling queries and complaints, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution in a timely basis 
• Coordinating communication with all stakeholders across the business to ensure all business leads  and interests are dealt with effectively and efficiently in a timely manner
• Providing a proactive approach, recommendations for improvement and support to the wider business when required
• Liaising with internal stakeholders based in both the UK and Australia
• Carrying out various administrative tasks within the office

Essential Skills: 
• Bachelor of Science graduate 
• Experience in Customer Service environment (Pharmaceutical background preferred)
• Confident systems user (SAP, Microsoft packages)
• Evidence of good written and spoken English
• Positive and passionate Customer service attitude.
• Problem solving approach
• Self-motivated and happy with independent working 
• Previous experience of office environment preferred
