Ashfield Healthcare are currently recruiting for an operations analyst to work in our global head office in Ashby De La Zouch. The Operations analyst plays a key role in supporting our business development and operations functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency of service provision across a wide range of projects

The successful candidates will excellent organisational and communication skills and will thrive in a fast paced and ever evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be actively involved in the creation of cost models for client proposals
  • To be responsible for maintenance of an accurate cost base within the cost model system as per business requirements
  • To liaise with internal stakeholders to drive the creation and maintenance of an RFP repository containing up to date information required by clients
  • To support the Business Development team in the accurate completion of RFP/RFI responses
  • To monitor the Business Development CRM system
  • To collate the Business Development opportunity pipeline on a weekly basis and providing reporting for the management team
  • To provide support to the Business Analytics Manager with P&L meetings on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and update monthly margin trackers. Liaise with the Client Account Managers regarding any anomalies
  • Support completion of the Operations Headcount Tracker on a monthly basis
  • To create and maintain financial trackers for clients where required and liaise with the CAMs where needed
  • To complete regular contract audits and present back the results to the Business Analytics Manager and Operations team
  • To attend relevant internal and client meetings
  • To provide support and cover for the Business Analytics Manager
