Ashfield is excited to be recruiting with our client for an e-detailing representative to work either remotely or office based. The client is dedicated to the research and development of medical products to improve, sustain and care for life and is one of the largest drug companies in the world specialising in Diabetes, Respiratory and Cardiovascular medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams such as local account team, customer engagement team, sales and marketing team  to input recommendations on sales and marketing solutions based on   understanding and evaluation of trends, customer needs, and competitor’s activity, products or services that will generate sales.
• Customises approach for each call on based on customer needs to assess customer needs and increase sales.  Has excellent understanding of customer priorities/needs and   keeps abreast of changes in the local health economy.
• Works collaboratively with support functions to determine which resources best fits the customer and/or   circumstances
• Engages customer via remote selling platform ensuring high quality interactions are captured and leveraged within the customer channel mix
• Able to effectively break down barriers in a professional and compliant manner, communicating clearly via the telephone
• Obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call.  Deliver sales target, working productively with team members in line with marketing/operational strategy within budget
• Pro-active communication with internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for attaining a high level of selling skills in line with company selling model
• Responsible for upholding the professional image of our client at all times 
• Demonstrates full accountability for understanding and adherence to industry and company policies and procedures
