Ashfield Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Senior Account Support Manager on behalf of Pfizer. The successful candidate will be working with the Strategic Account Manager to support the development of Account Plans that meet the sales and NPS targets. 


The Senior Account Support Manager will offer support to the Strategic Account Manager with Customer Value Proposition development and delivery in defined Strategic Accounts and lead the development and delivery of the Customer Experience, within the defined Account Plans.



Key Responsibilities


• Once the plan is agreed, project manage the account plans to ensure delivery to plan, maintaining agility to ensure that the plans stay relevant to Pfizer, the customer and the external   environment

• Liaise across the Pharmacy Cross Functional Team to understand all Customer initiatives, react to any potential impact to the account plan delivery, and ensure that the requirements of   the Account Plan are appropriately reflected in the Cross Functional team priorities

• In line with the account plan, lead on the project management responsibilities of the creation of account specific content, both internally and with the customer, including ownership of   initiatives within GCMA

• Ensure insight gathering for pharmacy customers in allocated Accounts

• Supports the Strategic Account Manager with the day to day management of named Accounts

• To be 100% compliant with all procedures and documentation to ensure no breaches in compliance, including and not limited to call recording procedures



Essential Skills 


• Degree level education (or equivalent)

• ABPI Qualified 

• Project Management Experience Preferred

• Ability to plan strategically and logically

• In depth and up to date knowledge of the drivers and influences within Community Pharmacy

• High level of ability and experience in planning, preparation, and presentation

• An Implementer of solutions

• High-level numeric skills and demonstrates initiative

• Articulate, able to communicate at all levels of an organisation. 

• Strong interpersonal skills required as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
