Inizio Engage is seeking a dynamic, inquisitive individual to join our team as a Business Insights Executive. As key member of the Insights team, this role will be central in supporting the business to create exceptional communications, reports and proposals based on data and insight. This will include market analysis, territory design and customer targeting/segmentation for the Business Development team and working closely with the Operations team, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting a culture of data driven decision making.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development of solutions to deliver insight from company systems and external data sources.
  • Provide a creative approach to problem solving and ability to take a fresh look at established procedures
  • Support the BD team to develop persuasive value propositions, tailored messaging, and compelling storytelling to differentiate our offerings and highlight unique selling points
  • Deliver analysis in a logical manner that is clear, concise and draws attention to the key findings.
  • Bring information to life by effectively communicating the story behind data to relevant stakeholders, considering the implications for the client, the patient, the HCP (Health care Professionals) and the business.
  • Understand business requirements for reports and dashboards and to translate these to provide meaningful insights
  • Work closely with the business development team to provide therapy and market insights to support with client proposal development
  • Support BD to format and design proposals, ensuring consistency, branding guidelines, and a professional presentation
  • Create proposal templates, standard sections, and reusable content to streamline the proposal development process.
  • Manage the collection, organisation, and maintenance of company data in a way that ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability for reporting purposes
  • Maintain a proposal database and repository of past proposals, templates, and supporting documents for future reference
  • Create reporting to monitor business performance ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Create and maintain departmental documentation
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of key trends within the NHS which may impact engagement strategy
  • Act as an ambassador for the Insights team, supporting business stakeholders in development of a data led culture.
  • Monitor helpdesk calls and workload

Qualification/Skill Requirements: 


Essential

  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry and NHS
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information


Desirable

  • Experience and working knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Previous use of data visualisation tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
  • Knowledge of data warehouse principles
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Experience with GIS software
  • Bid/proposal writing or marketing experience

Qualifications: Educated to degree standard or equivalent experience
