We are recruiting for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will play a critical role in bringing together Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access, ensuring that the customer engagement strategy is perfectly executed. This role is critical to contribute to the transformation of customer engagement from predominantly face-to-face to an orchestrated multichannel approach and helping to build digital capability.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to-

Change Implementation

  • Work with business leads, function leads and end users (Commercial, Medical, Medical Communication) to capture and translate business needs into a CRM strategy
  • Work with IT partners to translate the business needs and strategy into solution implementation
  • Champion the end user collaboration with a growth mindset and enterprise-wide perspective to translate pain points into CRM solutions
  • Accountable for the solution implementation, and rollout to the end users
  • Develop meaningful and impactful CRM program

Training & Adoption

  • Build CRM training curriculum to ensure effective use of the systems by all new/ existing levels of users; keep training curriculum and materials up to date for CRM specialists to deliver training
  • Bring users along the journey by leading user-centric adoption initiatives for various personas
  • Effectively convey the benefits of CRM system and data
  • Continue to explore ways to improve the CRM system, process and the ways of working to drive efficiency and value to end users

Data & Insights

  • Partner with multiple teams to support the CRM data reporting and the Power BI dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Identity data trends and build data transformation strategy to ensure the organisation is futureproofing for AI capabilities, automation, and technology within CRM
  • Ensure all data within the company CRM system is accurate, compliant, and accessible to those working with it
  • Design and maintain appropriate dashboards and reports that provide clear, accessible statistics to the team
  • Remit for all local data privacy requirements, acting as local liaison to the Global Privacy Team, which may include updates to data governance standards and SOP’s


  • Support the salesforce effectiveness (SFE) operations and process, e.g. territory alignment change, cycle plan implementation, customer segmentation implementation
  • Support brand teams to ensure alignment to brand strategies and facilitate brand content loading into the system

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of coursework and equivalent industry experience
  • Experience of working with life science specific systems CRM 2 years +, in analytics and project management
  • Minimum of three years using data to improve data tracking and analysis and assessing processes and systems to promote growth of customer base, preferably in a college setting
  • In house Pharmaceutical company experience within a CRM/Systems/Analytics role
