Job Title: Concierge Representative
Reports To: Business Manager

An opportunity for a new to industry professional to work in an energetic and fast paced environment. Whereby, utilising digital technologies to arrange and book appointments with healthcare professionals on behalf of medical representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to target accounts and book appointments with key stakeholders
• Work in partnership with field teams to maximise coverage
• Input and update accurate CRM activity
• Achieve call parameters and targets set by Ashfield and the client
• Understand and remain updated on the NHS and other relevant authority bodies
• Provide the Business Manager with accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity data
• Liaise with all relevant personnel within Ashfield Healthcare Limited and the client company
• Adhere to all Ashfield Healthcare minimum standards and SOP’s
• Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines
• To contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within
Essential Skills
• Degree level education (or equivalent)
• Excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, a real desire and commitment to consistently over achieve any requirements of the role
• To build rapport quickly and the desire to deliver on behalf of Ashfield and the Client
• Working knowledge of the NHS environment
• Demonstrated ability to:
o be self-motivated
o plan and organise time effectively
o achieve sales success
• Evidence of being able to work in a flexible way to manage shifting priorities
