Ashfield Engage have an exciting opportunity working to recruit a new team of Customer Service Specialists to be part of an essential safety service to protect key workers connected with the current Covid-19 Pandemic. In this role, you will be providing remote support a PPE Fit testing and results service, working within the Healthcare environment, optimising the efficiency of a field based teams of PPE Fit Testers who are carrying out the vital task of fitting and testing masks to ensure an adequate seal is provided to protect Healthcare Professionals from airborne transmission of the virus.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing online booking tool to organising customers fit testing.
  • Cancelling appointments in the booking tool or manually.
  • Rescheduling appointments in the booking tool or manually.
  • Looking at venue bookings and managing time in accordance with capacity
  • Liaising with field team members to manage time and diary.
  • Booking and manging venues with field reps, setting up and managing venue checklists to assess suitability of local surgery suitability for fit testing.
  • Managing and using the telephony systems and capturing all the relevant data for reporting.
  • Familiarity with Ashfield systems and processes to ensure data entry is accurate and timely.
  • Deal with all incoming enquiries and questions, ensuring that HCPs have the information they need.
  • Deliver high quality customer service at all times
  • To be fully conversant with current strategies and objectives of the project
  • Provide the Business Manager with accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity data.
  • Liaise with all relevant personnel within Ashfield Healthcare Limited and the client company.
  • Adhere to all Ashfield Healthcare minimum standards and SOP’s. 
  • To be adaptable to change and able to shift workloads to meet changing environments and situations.
  • To develop and maintain a good working relationship with our key customers, as a first point of contact ensure their needs are met as required

  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner, clear communication skills, a real desire and commitment to consistently overachieve any requirements of the role.
  • To build rapport quickly and then capitalize upon the forming relationship is an essential requirement for this role, coupled with the desire to deliver on behalf of Ashfield and the Client.
