Ashfield Healthcare have partnered with a client to recruit a Supply Chain Analyst in Reading.

Customer Supply Chain Analyst

Job Overview

  • Manage and improve day to day stock availability and communications with Agents and Customers.
  • Analyse supply and demand to support conversations regarding supply performance with internal and external stakeholders
  • Play a key role in implementing Supply Chain and Customer initiatives
  • Drive Supply Chain performance by monitoring and improving KPIs
  • Ensure flawless execution of product launches

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor Wholesaler and Agent depot inventory level to avoid out of stock situations.
  • Manage and maintain product allocations at the agent and wholesaler level.
  • Ensure timely OOS information to internal and external Customers
  • Manage stocks for Product Launches and Discontinuations
  • Manage Customer performance KPI’s and implementing solutions if required
  • Work within the broader supply chain team to develop and deliver initiatives that improve our operational efficiency and wider relationship.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with key trade customers.
  • Ensure products are launched flawlessly, by working cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a source of information regarding Market intelligence gained through Customer feedback, proactively raise opportunities and risks with internal stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar supply chain role within a highly regulated market.
  • Order to Cash process knowledge, SD SAP module experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to analyse different data sets and identify demand trends. Able to develop, understand and act on business KPI’s
  • Knowledge of Customer Supply Chain processes and systems as well as using ERP, Business Intelligence tools and Microsoft Office. Good understanding of compliance in SOX, and GDP
  • Proven ability to co-operate transversally outside divisional boundaries to ensure the customer experience is maximised
