Ashfield is currently recruiting for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to work on behalf of our client, a global healthcare company, specialising in defeating diabetes, and other chronic conditions such as obesity and endocrine diseases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to build rapport quickly. This fully remote working service driven role will involve working independently with great self-motivation and you must be passionate about wanting to make a difference to patients’ lives.
 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with customers in key accounts
  • Deliver patient education material, product information and patient focused messages
  • Being a brand advocate
  • Delivering exceptional customer service skills at all times
  • Understand and remain updated on the NHS environment
  • Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other colleagues 
  • Develop and implement effective customer specific territory plans
  • Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate health care professionals based on opportunity and potential 
  • Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and proposes responsible solutions for success
  • Updating company CRM system with details of all activities
  • Successfully completing all product & compliance training
  • Team working with regional and territory representatives.


Essential Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work related experience
  • 2 years of work experience with the general public, customer service experience, all with a proven track record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Strong interpersonal and team work skills
  • Persistence and disciplined self-management
  • Ability/willingness to travel by driving an assigned territory in its entirety 
  • Detail oriented and able to problem solve
  • Computer proficiency
  • Flexibility, agility and the ability to demonstrate how you bring value to the team
