Representative you will play a vital role, raising healthcare professional awareness in this
evolving space and identifying opportunities for this innovative technology to make a real
difference to patients and their families across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and the ability to build rapport quickly. This remote-based role will involve working independently with great self-motivation and you must be passionate about wanting to make a real difference to patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• The key objective of the role is to help healthcare professionals identify MLD patients who will benefit from treatment
• Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with target customers
• Deliver educational material, disease and product information and patient-focused messages
• Being a brand advocate:
o Introduce the client to customers with professionalism and high credibility
o Hold discussions with customers on the disease of MLD and its impact on patients, their families, the healthcare system and wiser society
o Gain permission to provide further information by email
o In appropriate circumstances, create an appointment for the customer to interact with an brand employee for further information
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Understand and remain updated on the NHS environment
• Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other colleagues
• Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate health care professionals
• Update company CRM system with details of all activities
• Successfully complete all training
• Work closely with the client to provide regular insight and feedback
Essential Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience
• 2 years of work experience with the general public, customer service experience, all with a proven track record
• Ideally experience within a healthcare environment and/or an understanding of secondary care staff structures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Strong interpersonal and team-work skills
• Persistence and disciplined self-management
• Ability/willingness to travel by driving an assigned territory in its entirety
• Detail oriented and able to problem solve
• Computer proficiency
• Flexibility, agility and the ability to demonstrate how you bring value to the team
