Ashfield Healthcare have an exciting opportunity working to recruit a new team of "Face Fit Testers" to be part of an essential safety service to protect key workers connected with the current Covid-19 Pandemic. In this role, you will be providing a fit testing and results service, working within the Healthcare environment, carrying out the vital task of fitting and testing respirators to ensure an adequate seal is provided to protect the wearer from airborne transmission of the virus.

Full training will be provided for the role, with continued mentorship and support from our team here at Ashfield, as we work together to and protect our key workers and tackle the pandemic.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Carry out RPE Fit Testing in accordance with current HSE fit testing guidance and protocols.
• Running clinics daily, engaging with Healthcare professionals and carrying out Face Fitting procedures, ensuring correct fit, protecting them from airborne transmission of Coronavirus
• Delivering quality results by the efficient use of standards and controls, verifying equipment. Trouble shooting where appropriate; monitoring quality control measures and protocols
• Communicating clearly with the Healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed at every step of the process to ensure compliance and understanding
• Responsible for accurate record keeping of tests completed
• Maintains and operates to all quality standards and operating procedures
• Maintain excellent time-management and organisation under pressure
