An opportunity has arisen for a new to industry professional to work in our energetic and fast paced Digital Hub. You will be utilising digital technologies to arrange and book appointments with healthcare professionals on behalf of medical representatives. 

This role forms an essential part of our Digital Engagement Solutions offering for our clients.

                                                                

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to target accounts and book appointments with key stakeholders
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • Gaining email permissions
  • Sending out patient and product materials
  • Work in partnership with field teams to maximise customer reach
  • Input and update accurate CRM activity
  • Achieve call parameters and targets set by Ashfield and the client
  • Understand and remain updated on the NHS and other relevant authority bodies   
  • Provide the Business Manager with accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity data
  • Liaise with all relevant personnel within Ashfield Healthcare Limited and the client company
  • Adhere to all Ashfield Healthcare minimum standards and SOP’s
  • Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines
  • To contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within

Essential Skills:

  • Degree or Equivalent, ideally within a Scientific field
  • Understanding of the NHS
  • Understanding of the ABPI 
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner, clear communication skills, both verbal and written.  
  • A real desire and commitment to consistently over achieve any requirements of the role
  • To build rapport quickly and then capitalise upon the forming relationship is an essential requirement for this role, coupled with the desire to deliver on behalf of Ashfield and the Client
  • Demonstrated ability to:
