Take the SFE lead for a 5bn business

Our client is a global, originally European pharmaceutical company, with double digit bn revenue and 50.000 employees. HEADXPERT as leading Executive Search Consultancy in Pharma and Biotech, is looking for a senior commercial profile who oversees a 5bn revenue stream in Europe as

Sales Excellence Manager European Region (gn)
Germany (München/Munich) or Switzerland


  • You are responsible for the development and execution of the sales excellence agenda, SFE, processes and tools
  • You contribute to the Com-Ex-strategy of the European region and support regional strategic projects
  • On a country level you are a sparring partner for the Country GMs in core European countries and lead resource allocation projects to improve field force performance
  • Further you support Omnichannel and Customer Engagement projects by your specific input to activities and campaigns


  • You have a universal degree and at least 5 years of commercial performance experiences gained in pharma, retail, FMCG or comparable industries with an international business set up and high end SFE structures
  • We expect distinct experiences in a sales role and data driven environment that sums up to a business leadership profile within a complex matrix interface dealing with strong stakeholders
  • You are a SFE professional with additional experiences in BI and analytics as well strong project, management skills
  • You are a self-structured person with a flexible and agile mindset who easily communicates in English on all levels across various countries
