Your Greenfield as National Sales Manager / Vertriebsleiter Germany

Our client is a global specialty pharmaceutical company with a strategic focus on complex medicines in Europe. With an agile and experienced team, including direct sales, marketing and medical capability across many of Europe's major markets, our client supplies, innovates and enhances the critical medicines patients depend on, ensuring continued patient access and improving health outcomes. They have expertise in Anti-Infectives, Endocrinology and CNS, along strong relationships with hospital decision makers, making it an attractive partner when commercializing complex medicines in Europe.

YOUR TASKS

  • You report to the Country Manager and you lead and develop your team of 8 Key Account Manager (KAM)
  • You give essential input to understand the market landscape and contribute to create the strategy in line with the overall direction to bring the portfolio into the market
  • You take care for a broad product portfolio of generica, branded genrica, critical care products, medical device and for new launches within various therapeutic areas like anitbiotics, endocrinology, CNS and others
  • You do the set up of the performance masurements and related systems and work very close with marketing and medical departments
  • Your involve yourself with key stakeholders, payers in clinics and healthcare inssurance
                                    

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a universal degree and at least 5 years of leadership experiences of sales forces, whereof 3 years in hospital sales
  • You have made your career in pharma sales and you bring in a modern, reflected and dynamic leadership style, you form teams and you are familiar with performance management sytems
  • You can show us you success stories and that you are very familiar with the German healthcare, hospital sales and payer structure
  • We are interested in candidates with a hybrid background gained from and established pharma companies and start-up
  • We are looking for a commercial, driven, robust and flexible personality with strong negotiation skills with German as mother tongue and business fluent English
