As a Customer Service Representative, you will be based within our Head Office in Ashby De-La-Zouch, you will play a key role in supporting and educating healthcare professionals across the UK on the benefits of our client, Seqirus’s, Flu Vaccine Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • To actively sell and take flu vaccine orders from GP Practices and other customers, and to achieve sales and activity targets 
  • Drive adoption/usage of promoted Flu vaccines with designated GP Practices, customers and other stakeholders
  • Promote a positive and professional image of Seqirus with external stakeholders 
  • To conduct sales interactions within the Influenza vaccines market to promote the brands to healthcare professionals, developing advocacy and influence across assigned accounts and progressing these conversations quickly to confirmed orders 
  • Develop local account plans to identify and map key local stakeholders with which you can prepare a positive healthcare environment which supports uptake of new vaccines  
  • Fully understand the local NHS environment, specifically with regard to flu vaccination policy and implementation  
  • To be fully conversant with current strategies for individual client project and utilise all relevant promotional literature as part of the sales process
  • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge within the vaccine area and employ a range of compliant promotional tactics to successfully develop uptake among the customers 
  • Contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within
  • Liaise with all relevant personnel within Ashfield Healthcare Limited and the client company and adhere to all Ashfield Healthcare minimum standards and SOPs 

Essential Skills 

  • Degree level Education (or equivalent)

  • Ability to business plan strategically and Logically
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • To build rapport quickly and then capitalise upon the forming relationship is an essential requirement for this role, coupled with the desire to deliver on behalf of Ashfield and the Client
  • Demonstrated ability to 

    • be self-motivated
    • plan and organise time effectively
    • achieve sales success
  • Evidence of being able to work in a flexible way to manage shifting priorities
